The Cherry County Hospital (CCH) Laboratory is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certified and is ready to serve your laboratory needs.
Outside Resources:
We process many blood samples right here at CCH but also utilize Pathology Services from North Platte, NE for our referral laboratory needs.Hours of Operation:

Outpatient services are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 5:00 am - 11:00 am (on call the rest of the day)

Q: If I need fasting labs, how long do I need to fast?A: If fasting labs have been ordered, please do not eat or drink anything except for water for 12 to 16 hours before presenting for your lab draw.
Q: Do I have to make an appointment to come and have my labwork drawn?
A: No! Feel free to stop by for your lab draw anytime during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 5:00 am to 11:00 am (on call the remainder of the day). If you can't make it in that time frame, call CCH at 402-376-2525 and ask for the Laboratory Department. They will be happy to schedule a time with you.
Q: How long does it take to get my lab results?
A: If your lab tests are run at CCH, your results will be available that same day. If they are sent to Pathology Services, it will take a few days depending on the requested tests. If you need to be informed about your results, ask the Laboratory staff to contact you when your results are complete.
