RN OR Circulator - Nursing
Sign-On bonus available! The Cherry County Hospital (CCH) Nursing Service is currently seeking a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room Team. This position includes being a Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room Suite, working in PACU, assisting in Sterile Supply Department, covering ON-Call hours, and other assigned duties by the Operating Room Supervisor. The Operating Room Circulating Nurse is responsible for the proper and efficient management of all activities in the Operating Room. The Registered Nurse provides a support role in keeping with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Cherry County Hospital.
The Operating Room Department provides high quality care to patients of all ages. Surgical services include: General Surgery, Emergency, Endoscopy, Obstetrical, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Trauma, ENT, Pain Management, Urology, and Dental. Essential Criteria:
1. Currently licensed as an RN in Nebraska or multi-state RN license
2. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
3. Demonstrated interpersonal and written/computer communication skills
4. Basic Life Support Certification required
5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification not required upon hire but desired completion
within one year of hire. Certification provided by CCH.
