Position Summary: As Clinic Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality patient care and satisfaction. Collaborate with our dedicated team to optimize workflows, analyze data trends, and implement strategic improvements for enhanced patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and responsive management to clinic staff.
• Analyze data trends to improve facility efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Manage clinic operations to ensure long-term success and patient satisfaction.
• Address patient complaints/incidents promptly and effectively.
• Develop and update clinic policies and procedures to meet healthcare standards.
• Oversee clinical personnel functions including hiring and evaluations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Associate’s degree in Management, Health Services Administration, or Nursing (Bachelor’s degree required within 5 years).
• Previous leadership experience in a healthcare facility or clinic.
• Rural Healthcare Certification completed within 1 year of employment.
